This CLARK–paid $10,000 basic life policy is available for the employee’s designated beneficiary(ies) in the event of an employee’s death. There is no underwriting required for this coverage.

Accidental Death & Dismemberment is an additional benefit to the basic life policy. This program provides further coverage in the event of a specified accidental injury or death. There is no cost to the employee for this benefit as well.
